Cúram Education offers a training consultancy service that performs training needs analysis to identify skills-gaps of your project teams and offers training solutions to bridge the skills-gaps within the budget, priorities, and timelines of your project.
The result of the analysis is a training plan that can include recommended training courses, custom courseware, and even mentoring to help your project teams acquire the necessary skills to successfully implement Cúram solutions.
Custom Learning Paths
If analysis reveals that our existing Learning Paths do not fully address your needs, we can develop custom paths tailored to your specific requirements.
The custom learning path may be created using just existing courses, or include new custom courseware, as described in the next section.
Custom Training Courseware
Based on the outcome of the analysis, we can create custom training materials to address any learning needs or scenarios unique to your organization. This can include custom presentations, exercises, and labs that are designed to help your teams acquire the necessary skills to successfully implement Cúram solutions.
Cúram Certification Mentoring
Mentoring programs are available to provide personalized guidance and support as you work towards earning your Cúram Certification. Cúram Certification Mentoring Programs consist of the following components:
- Analysis of Practice and Certification Test Results. After taking a Practice or Certification test, you receive a spreadsheet that lists the specific pages in the training that you need to revise based on your test performance.
- Hands-On Mentoring – This service consists of one-to-one sessions with Cúram trainers who can provide comprehensive, detailed certification advice.
For Developers, there are two different sessions available:
- Accreditation Exam Mentoring
- Certification Exam Mentoring
